Madhu spent over a decade leading enterprise IT delivery teams. He watched organisations spend months hiring for roles that could have been filled in weeks and saw talented professionals sidelined by processes that valued credentials over capability. He co-founded Troogue to build the infrastructure he wished had existed throughout his career.
Girish Ramadurgam
Girish has built and scaled technology products across enterprise and startup environments. His conviction that AI can eliminate the arbitrary friction in talent matching without eliminating the human judgment is the technical foundation Troogue is built on.
Shilpa Kalathur
Shilpa brings deep experience in enterprise operations and partner ecosystems. She understands how large organisations actually make talent decisions and built Troogue's enterprise model around how those decisions need to change.
